Audi India has begun pre-launch bookings for the facelifted A4. The luxury sedan recently entered production at the Skoda Auto Volkswagen India's Aurangabad facility. The bookings can be done from Audi's official website or at any authorised dealerships for a token amount of Rs 2 lakh. Audi will also offer an additional four-year comprehensive service package on all pre-launch bookings. Our dealer sources have hinted it could come in two variants: Premium Plus and Technology.

Other features that could be part of the package are a digital instrument display, a Bang and Olufsen sound system, a sunroof, tri-zone climate control, cruise control, powered front seats and ambient lighting. Safety will be taken care of with multiple airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, front and rear parking sensors, and a tyre pressure monitor.
Audi will offer the new A4 with a 190PS 2.0-litre TFSI turbo-petrol engine mated to a 7-speed S-tronic transmission, replacing the 150PS 1.4-litre turbo petrol. It will drive its front wheels and will do a 0-100kmph sprint in 7.3 seconds.
