Ford Endeavour Gets A Minor Update In Thailand

The, also known as the Everest, has received a midl nip and tuck in Thailand. This updated Endeavour could possibly be launched in the country as Ford brings the Endy to India as a completely knocked down (CKD) unit from Thailand. It's currently priced from Rs 29.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
The main update for the Endy is at the front. It gets a honeycomb mesh grille that's similar to the Sport, albeit in a chrome finish. states it has been updated as customers prefer the Sport variant's honeycomb grille to the chrome slatted unit. It also gets a bold Everest badge on the hood and chrome finish on the ORVM and door handles.
It's offered with two new colours: Snow Flake White Pearl and Deep Crystal Blue.
There are no updates to the Endy's interior and powertrain departments. The Thai-spec model is powered by a 2.0-litre twin-turbo diesel engine developing 213PS and 500Nm. Lower variants get a single turbo version developing 170PS and 420Nm. The India-spec model is powered by this engine. It's offered with an 10-speed automatic transmission.
Ford is and it has been spotted testing in China. It gets a design overhaul inside-out and should be offered with the 2.0-litre twin turbo diesel engine. It'll make its global debut sometime next year and should be launched in India around 2022. We expect it to be priced from Rs 30 lakh (ex-showroom).
