Kia came in with a bang and quite literally But not long ago, Hyundai dropped the 2020 Creta, which is aimed squarely at the Kia Seltos.

The Creta packs a few extra features over the pretty well loaded Seltos. To fend off this competition and the 2020 Tata Harrier, Kia is planning to update the 2020 Seltos with some feature additions. A leaked document has now revealed the list of features we could expect in each variant.

As per the leaked document, there will be 11 new updates to the Seltos' two lineups: HT Line and GT Line. And we are sorry to report that there is no news ofoffering paddle shifters for the Seltos yet unlike the Creta. Nevertheless, here are all the features updates that you could expect on each variant.

GTX+: The range-topping variant will get a remote engine start using the key fob (only for automatic variants), emergency stop signal, new all-black cabin with red stitching and metal garnish on the AC control panel and door handle.

GTX: The Seltos GTX will get features such as an electric sunroof, LED room lamps, emergency stop signal, and metal garnish on the AC control panel and door handles.

HTX+: Like the GTX+, you can expect Kia to add a remote engine start function using the key fob (only for automatic variants), and emergency stop signal in this variant. Kia could also offer metal scuff plates with the Seltos logo for HTX+.

HTX: Like the GTX variant, the HTX could get an electric sunroof, emergency stop signal, and metal garnish on the AC control panel and door handles. Wxpext metal scuff plates with Seltos logos too.

HTK+: There will be a new gloss black dashboard with a dynamic pattern which will be exclusive to HTK+ variant. Other additions include a leatherette gear knob, dual muffler design, USB charging for rear seat occupants, emergency stop signal, and metal garnish on the AC control panel and door handle.

HTK: The HTK variant will only get two additions: rear USB charger and emergency stop signal.

HTE: Seltos' base variant will gain front and rear USB charger along with emergency stop signal.

Currently, the Seltos is priced from Rs 9.89 lakh to Rs 17.34 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Key rivals include the 2020 Hyundai Creta, Tata Harrier and the MG Hector. We expect the SUV to receive a small hike along with these additions.
